- Processing Time: Orders placed before 11am EST are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this cut-off will ship the following business day.
- Shipping Time: Once processed, your order will be shipped promptly to get Silk Spray to your doorstep as quickly as possible.
Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of Silk Spray, we only accept returns on unopened products:
- Return Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unopened, and sealed pouch. Opened products cannot be returned, even if the bottle is unused.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Free Return Shipping: If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we’ll provide free return shipping and issue a full refund upon receipt.
