Intended use: LUMOSSO products are for personal use as directed on the product page, product packaging, and any included instructions. Any other use is at your discretion and risk.
2. Orders, Pricing & Payments
Payments: We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other payment methods shown at checkout through secure payment processors.
Order acceptance: We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, resale, policy violations, inventory issues, or pricing errors.
Pricing & availability: All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may correct errors or inaccuracies at any time.
Taxes: Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Returns
Processing: Orders placed before 11:00 AM ET typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET typically ship the next business day.
Shipping: Free standard shipping is offered within the U.S. See Shipping & Returns for delivery windows, expedited options, and limitations.
Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.
Returns: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened, factory-sealed, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Opened or used items are not returnable. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
