Welcome to Lumosso. By accessing lumosso.com, placing an order, or using any Lumosso product, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1) Eligibility & Intended Use
- Age: You must be 18+ to purchase or use Lumosso products.
- Intended use: Lumosso products—including Lumosso Throat Spray (all flavors) and Lumosso Energy Spray—are for personal use as directed on the label and on How to Use. Any other use is at your discretion and risk.
2) Orders, Pricing & Payments
- Payments: We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other methods shown at checkout via secure processors (e.g., Stripe).
- Order acceptance: We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, resale, policy violations).
- Pricing & availability: All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may correct errors or inaccuracies at any time.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
3) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Returns
- Processing: Orders placed before 11:00 AM ET typically ship same business day; later orders ship the next business day.
- Shipping: Free standard shipping is offered within the U.S. (see Shipping & Returns for delivery windows, expedited options, and limitations).
- Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.
- Returns: Due to the intimate nature of our products, only unopened, factory-sealed items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in original packaging. Opened or used items are not returnable. See Shipping & Returns for full details and how to request a prepaid label if eligible.
4) Privacy & Cookies
- Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and analyze traffic. You can manage cookies in your browser; some features may not work if disabled.

5) Product Information & Important Disclaimers
- No medical claims: Lumosso products are designed to support comfort, confidence, and performance. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- STI/contraception: Lumosso products do not provide protection against sexually transmitted infections and are not contraceptives.
- Sensitivity: If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or medical conditions, review Ingredients and perform a small patch test. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs.
- Usage directions: Follow label directions and How to Use, including daily use limits.
6) Site Use & IP
- Prohibited uses: Do not misuse the site (e.g., attempt to interfere with security, scrape content, or engage in fraud).
- Intellectual property: All trademarks, service marks, product names, copy, images, and site content are the property of Lumosso or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
7) Third-Party Services & Marketplaces
We may link to third-party sites (e.g., carriers, payment processors, marketplaces like Amazon). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Lumosso is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
8) Warranties & Limitation of Liability
- AS IS: The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Limited liability: Lumosso’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, data loss, or business interruption.
